The native app for independent lawn care operators. Log a spray or fert record at the truck in 60 seconds, gloves on, no signal needed. Every record comes out formatted to your state's record-keeping requirements, and it becomes the invoice. Mowing, cleanups, and leaf removal bill from the same app.
You run the route, we run the office.

Spray and fertilization records are what put an operation at risk, so that's what we built around first. Then we made every other service ride along. Schedule, track, and invoice all of it in one place, off the browser tabs and the paper binder.
Mowing, cleanups, leaf removal, and your spray & fert programs, all scheduled, tracked, and invoiced in one place. One route, one bill, not five tools.
One tap exports a date-ranged record formatted to your state's record-keeping requirements. Per-property growing-degree-day tracking flags when pre-emergent and application windows open.
Native iOS/Android app, so there's no pinch-zooming a website and no re-logins in the field. Your day's route and every record you log work with no signal. They sync to your web workspace when you're back in range.
$29/month flat, everything included. Straight Stripe payment rates. We never add a fee on your customer payments, and no ads, ever.
Complete records in every state from day one. State-formatted exports launch with North Carolina and expand in waitlist order. When early access opens, your state sets the priority.
Yardbook adds a 1% processing fee on online payments on non-premium accounts (per their support documentation), on top of Stripe's 2.9% + 30¢. Do $3,000/month in card payments and that 1% fee alone runs more than our whole subscription.
First 50 signups lock in $19/month for life, plus a 60-day free parallel run. Import your clients today and keep billing in your current system until you're 100% confident.
We're building in the open ahead of the 2027 season. Founding operators lock in $19/month for life, plus a 60-day free parallel run.
We'll email you when early access opens ahead of the 2027 season.
California has its own pesticide use-reporting regime we haven't verified yet, so spray and fert records aren't state-formatted for California at launch. Everything else works the same there: mowing, cleanups, scheduling, and invoicing. You're on the list, and we'll tell you when that changes.
