State record-keeping rules

Verified one state at a time

Every state sets its own rules for the pesticide application records a commercial applicator must keep. This page points you to the authoritative source for each one, so you are reading the rule itself, not someone's summary of it. We work through them in the order operators ask for them, and every state is verified before we launch.

How to read this page. This is a directory, not legal advice, and not a substitute for your state's rule or your own license training. We link the primary source and, for states we have read and mapped, offer an export in the app that is formatted to that state's record-keeping requirements. We do not restate a rule we have not read, and we do not tell you an export makes you "compliant." Always confirm against your state's current rule.

California. California runs a separate pesticide use-reporting regime that we have not finished verifying, so we do not offer California chemical-compliance records or exports yet, and TurfDispatcher does not satisfy California use-reporting. Every other part of the app (scheduling, mowing and cleanups, invoicing) works in California exactly as anywhere else.

Why we do it this way

A state can run more than one pesticide regime at once, with different required fields and different retention periods. Pointing you to the wrong one is worse than pointing you nowhere, so we read each rule and confirm the regime before we link it, and we record when we last checked. Wherever the app offers a state-formatted export, the wording is always the same honest ceiling: formatted to that state's record-keeping requirements, never a promise that you are "compliant."
